As this competition has grown, it has become way too difficult to individually communicate all the information with the nearly 60+ people who attend. It was time to make a website. On this site, you will find the date of the next upcoming competition, official rules, sign-up sheets, and maybe even a way to vote.
Everyone is encouraged to compete regardless of whether you're a seasoned vet or a newbie to BBQ Ribs. The great part is that even if you don't want to compete you can still be a judge and have fun at the same time.
