Riboff Rules

Okay, the important stuff for the people competing.  Since we're not monsters we're open to debating the rules of the competition.  Comment below and make your suggestion.

  1. Pork Ribs only.
     
  2. You can use any rib cut you want.
     
  3. You can prepare them any way you want. Just try not to prepare them in the ways that lose. 
     
  4. You must prepare 5 racks of ribs. This number may adjust based on the number of people coming, please check back before you make your purchase.
     
  5. You must cut your finished ribs in sets of 2. If we have to do it you are docked 1 point per rack of ribs.

Two shall be the number thou shalt cut, and the number of the cuting shall be two. Three shalt thou not cut, neither cut thou one, excepting that thou then end on an odd. Four is right out.   1. Transport your ribs in an aluminum tray that fits in those tray holder things.
     
  2. You may bring a sauce you make or purchase, just have enough for the amount of your ribs.
