- Pork Ribs only.
- You can use any rib cut you want.
- You can prepare them any way you want. Just try not to prepare them in the ways that lose.
- You must prepare 5 racks of ribs. This number may adjust based on the number of people coming, please check back before you make your purchase.
- You must cut your finished ribs in sets of 2. If we have to do it you are docked 1 point per rack of ribs.

- Transport your ribs in an aluminum tray that fits in those tray holder things.
- You may bring a sauce you make or purchase, just have enough for the amount of your ribs.
